Manager's Special: McEnroe Organic Tomatoes, $7.99/lb
Organic kale lacinato: $2.99
Organic Green kale: $2.49
Not much to report today. Among the vitamin/health supplements requested:
-liquid chlorophyl: internal deodorizer. it's alkaline, so the base i guess neutralizes all the crazy acids inside.
-magnesium: I later learn that magnesium comes in the citrate form, because it's better for absorption of Mg. In general, the element is good for high blood pressure. Good for the heart, and absorption of calcium.
-maxipa: the Solgar vitamin brand's brand for fish oil
-camila: herb/ointment that soothes teething for babies
